DEL FUEGO

Samba, Bossa Nova, Rumba, Flamenco and Jazz

played by
Glenn Rogers - guitar
Matt Willis - bass
Cathie Travers - accordion
Del Fuego is Spanish for 'made of fire', a most suitable moniker for a band rising from the flames of music set on fire. Playing the repertoire made famous by Xavier Cugat, Antonio Carlos Jobim and the Gypsy Kings, this exciting quartet comprises acoustic guitars and percussion to blend samba, bossa nova, rumba, flamenco and jazz. Enjoy a musical journey through tempestuous Latin rhythms and gentle romances. 8pm Fri
